Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant- Rheumatology- Glenview, IL

Position Details
  • Location: Glenview, IL
  • Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
  • Travel: SK, Glenview, Evanston
  • Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 (based on experience and expertise)
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Retirement Plans, and more
Responsibilities
  1. Answer phones and schedule appointments
  2. Collect co-payments and complete patient registration
  3. Greet patients, escort to exam room, and document vital signs
  4. Verify insurances and provide administrative support
  5. Perform basic vitals and assist with phlebotomy and injections as needed
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; medical assisting program preferred
  2. CPR certification required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  3. Minimum one year of relevant work experience; on-the-job training provided
