Endeavor Health is hiring a Medical Assistant / Patient Support Associate for the Anesthesia Pain Management team in Skokie, IL. The role runs 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with full-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, register patients, verify insurances, greet patients, document vitals, and provide front-office support. Phlebotomy and injections may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduated from accredited medical assisting program preferred but not required.
• CPR certification through American Heart Association required; MA certification preferred but not required.

Hourly Pay Range

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will do

What you will need

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.


• Certification: CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred, but not required.


• Experience: One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred. On the job training is provided for those who do not have previous medical assistant training or experience.
