Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant (MA/PSA) for our Family Medicine clinics in Chicago, IL. This full-time role rotates shifts from early morning to evening and may include weekends, with travel to other sites as needed.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, register patients, greet and escort patients, check in/out, verify insurances, and record vital signs. Some phlebotomy and injections may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required; MA certification preferred but not required.
• One year of prior medical office experience preferred; on‑the‑job training available.

Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.* Certification: CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred, but not required.* Experience: One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred.
