Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant / Patient Support Assistant to support physician practices at multiple locations. The role involves front desk duties, patient check-in/out, medical record documentation, and basic clinical tasks with occasional injections.
A high school diploma is required, with preference for graduates of medical assisting programs. The position requires CPR certification and relevant experience.
Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Full Time: 40 hours/ week
Hours: Varies Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Typically 8- hour shifts.
Travel Required: 15 S. McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove & 880 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights & 519 S. Roselle Rd, Schaumburg & 21481 N Rand Rd, Kildeer. This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs.
