Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow, update medical records, manage phone calls and messages, and support front desk tasks such as scheduling and check-in/check-out as needed.
• Assist with lab work, immunizations, and diagnostic testing while following clinical protocols.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and staff to ensure efficient patient care.
