ADVENT in Naperville, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patients from check-in to rooming and EMR documentation. You will collaborate with clinicians, room patients, document vitals, and help with procedures while maintaining a clean, organized clinic.

The ideal candidate has healthcare experience and a Medical Assistant certification (or 1 year experience). A customer-first approach, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred or minimum of 1 year experience.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Room patients and document medical history and vitals in the EMR.
• Assist in procedures with Physicians and support clinical staff.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experience.
• Answer calls and provide overflow support to the call center as needed.
• Open and close the clinic following established protocols.
• Process payments and support daily clinic operations.
• Order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed.
• Onboard and train new staff.
• Provide support to our market clinics as needed.
