Job summary

ADVENT is hiring a Medical Assistant in Naperville, IL. You will support patients from first visit through their care journey, room patients, document vitals, and assist physicians. Strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first mindset are essential for daily clinic operations.

Expect full-time, 32–40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule. PTO, health/dental/vision, 401k match, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred or minimum of 1 year experience.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care and support a positive clinic environment.
• Ensure smooth patient experience from arrival to departure.
• Document medical history and vitals accurately in the EMR.
• Assist physicians during procedures and maintain room safety and sanitation.
• Welcome patients and assist with scheduling and patient flow.
• Open/close clinic following established protocols and manage daily operations.
