Northwell Health is seeking a Full Time Medical Secretary for Danbury Women's Health to support daily department operations and ensure a properly prepared patient and examination area. The role requires data entry, patient check-in, and coordination of clerical tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of MA or secretary experience or graduate of an accredited MA program; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualificações

• Data entry is required for this role.
• One year medical assistant/secretary experience, or graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
• CPR, CNA, MA or EMT certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and bring them to the clinical area; obtain vital signs as needed.
• Register patients and update information; bill physician charges to accounts; verify demographics and insurance.
• Perform clerical tasks related to patient care; file and organize charts.
