Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent is required.
• CMA or RMA certification preferred.
• BLS certification required per policy.
• Audiometry/vision training or CHDP certificate within six months of hire preferred.
• Phlebotomy certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up exam rooms and checks in patients.
• Obtains vital signs and reports findings to the clinic physician.
• Performs venipunctures as ordered.
• Performs audiometry and vision testing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Education/GED

CMA or RMA certification

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Audiometry/vision certification (CHDP within 6 months)

Phlebotomy certificate
