Responsibilities

• Perform clinical intake measurements and document in EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and document in EMR.
• Collect patient specimens following established protocols.
• Follow clinical policies to support patient safety and efficient clinic flow.
• Utilize EMR to complete assigned tasks accurately and timely.
• Use medical terminology and reference materials as needed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in documentation and specimen handling.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
