Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MA vocational training or 2 years in a clinical medical office setting.
• BLS certification or obtain during Orientation and prior to reporting.
• TB certification or obtain at next available class.

Responsibilities

• Maintain examination rooms and back office area as directed.
• Interact with patients, obtain clinical history and perform tests as directed.
• Ensure completeness of orders and referrals and smooth patient flow.
• Perform registration and scheduling activities per procedures.
• Maintain EMR files and perform general front office functions.
