Job summary

• HSD/GED required.
• Completion of a Medical Assisting program required.
• CMA or CCMA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred at hire, but must be obtained within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, weight, and height; assist with procedures.
• Document in EPIC and ensure notes are completed in time for provider dictation.
• Manage patient flow, chaperone, stock rooms, and order tests/supplies.
• Follow delegated tasks from RN, nurse practitioner, or physician.
