Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Completion of a MA Career Technical Program or School of Medical Assisting preferred.
• Certification/experience in medical assisting in a clinical setting beneficial.
• EMR proficiency with Care Connect is required.
• EPIC Super User knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient patient flow and prepare patients for visits.
• Complete Care Connect EMR documentation tasks.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain up-to-date information.
• Maintain clean work environment and proper equipment functioning.
• Communicate with patients respectfully and coordinate with healthcare team.
• Support quality improvement and ensure safety in patient care.
