ADP, Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join the patient care team. The MA will perform EHR intake, verify medications and allergies, and assist with examinations under supervision. Some travel to satellite clinics may be required.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, with certification eligibility through AAMA/AMT or CMS-recognized bodies. Vaccination as required by policy is noted.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Current or eligible for certification through AAMA/AMT or CMS recognized organization.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Verifies medications, allergies, and histories in the EHR.
• Identify chief complaint and MACRA/MIPS reporting metrics.
• Obtain vitals and follow infection control procedures.
• Assist providers with examinations and treatments.
• Triage calls including prescriptions and FMLA/STD paperwork.
• Maintain accurate clinical messages and confidentiality.
