Tri-Med Family Care in Ringgold, GA is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support physicians in providing high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

The position covers clinical tasks, administrative duties, lab work, and patient education with emphasis on accurate EHR documentation and compassionate patient interactions. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Certification CMA or RMA preferred.
• Experience in medical assisting preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations, take vitals and assist with procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist during exams or treatments, ensure sterilization of instruments.
• Manage appointments, maintain patient records, document in EHR.
• Perform routine lab tests and handle samples for testing.
• Provide patients with post-procedure instructions and health information.
• Assist with basic billing and coding for insurance claims and process payments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operation of the office.
