You will proactively prepare patient charts, ensuring information is up-to-date for each visit and coordinate with on-site physicians. The role emphasizes empathy, efficiency, and a strong patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate/MA diploma from an accredited program required.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency essential for duties.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all required information for the provider prior to the patient's appointment.
• Prepare the patient prior to the provider entering the treatment room.
• Keep accurate documentation in the patient's chart for appointments and interactions within scope of service.
• Interview individuals and obtain comprehensive and accurate information, prioritizing calls.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Collaborate with all members of the health care team.
