Job summary

Revibe Health in Salt Lake City is seeking a Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to deliver compassionate care and support patients from the first contact through ongoing treatment. You’ll ensure their journey is seamless and positive.

You bring phlebotomy experience, strong attention to detail, a team-first attitude, and excellent communication. This role offers growth within a growth-oriented clinic that values patient impact and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for patients across weight management, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and hair restoration.
• Assist with blood pressure checks, injections, phlebotomy and other tasks as requested by the provider or clinic manager.
• Clearly and empathetically communicate lab results and provider recommendations.
• Process specimens, ensure proper ordering of labs and correct labeling of tubes, and send out for testing.
• Guide patients from the first phone call through ongoing treatment to ensure a seamless experience.

Your Day May Include:
