Revibe Health in Portland is seeking a Clinic Manager who thrives on leading teams and delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll bring professionalism, empathy, and reliability to every interaction and help shape a growing clinic culture.

You’ll oversee care areas such as weight management, testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and hair restoration, coach staff, and drive improvements in key performance indicators while ensuring accountability and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day, you’ll help patients and our team feel heard, supported, and cared for. Your job is to ensure their journey is seamless and positive from beginning to end.

Your Day May Include:

• Ensuring that your team provides compassionate care for patients in areas like weight management, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and hair restoration
• Continually working with your team to improve key performance indicators to grow and maintain clinic success
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the scope of duties and responsibilities for your team to ensure accountability and to provide support
• Providing training, coaching, and ongoing development to clinic staff to ensure competency and professional growth

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and/or Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm
