Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits with chart prep and patient flow management.
• Perform tests/procedures as ordered and relay results to provider.
• Administer medications as ordered and document appropriately.
• Distribute patient education and discharge instructions per provider guidance.
• Document all patient communications in the medical record.
