Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; accredited MA program preferred.
• MA course completion certification preferred; BLS certification required.
• 2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and PC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and manage patient flow.
• Obtain patient history, measure vital signs, and document on chart.
• Explain procedures and prepare exam rooms for providers.
• Prepare and administer medications; assist with procedures.
• Perform basic lab tests and CLIA-waived lab duties.
