• Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical competency and updates patient records by interviewing the patient and confirming visit purpose.
• Prepares patient for examination by obtaining vital signs; prepares and sanitizes exam rooms.
• Administers medications and vaccines under physician supervision.
• Processes prescription refills and coordinates with pharmacies.
• Maintains medical inventory and ensures supplies are stocked.
• Ensures HIPAA, OSHA, and scope-of-practice compliance.
• Educates patients per protocol and documents after-visit information in EMR.
• Supports patient scheduling, referrals, and access to care within network.
