Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients professionally and manages patient flow.
• Obtains patient history, records vitals, and triages as needed.
• Prepares exam rooms and assists provider during procedures.
• Instruments handling, sterilization, and exchange with provider.
• Administers injections, performs basic procedures per orders.
• Performs CLIA-waived labs and collects samples for send-out.
• Documents care provided and maintains patient charts.
• Schedules follow-ups and referrals; assists with registrations.
