Integrity Care Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the provider in examinations and treatments, while ensuring patient confidentiality. You may assist in front office tasks and other clinic duties as needed.

The role requires passing basic duties such as history taking, vitals, procedures, injections, lab tests, charting, and referrals. Prior MA experience and BLS certification are preferred. Clia-waived labs and patient transport duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; accredited MA program preferred.
• MA course completion certification preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS certification.
• 2 years MA experience preferred.
• PC skills and medical terminology; ability to work all shifts.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients professionally and manages flow.
• Obtains patient history and vital signs; documents in chart.
• Explains procedures and prepares patient for exam.
• Prepares and hands instruments to provider; sterilizes equipment.
• Administers injections and draws blood as directed.
• Performs CLIA-waived lab tests and collects samples.
• Maintains patient charts with services rendered and supplies used.
• Schedules referrals and follow-ups; coordinates testings.
