Job summary

VEIN CLINICS OF LAKE COUNTY LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team in Ohio. You will prepare charts and notes before patient visits, support nurses and medical staff, manage tests and lab reporting, and ensure timely communication with patients about their care.

You will also help manage medical supplies, set up testing equipment, and clean instruments and rooms as needed. We value strong customer service, eagerness to learn in a clinical setting, and prior office experience.

Qualifications

• Certification not required but preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up medical equipment.
• Clean instruments and equipment after use.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, directing patients to the appropriate team member.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures.
