The role handles routine clinical and administrative tasks to assist the care team and maintain clinic operations, including data collection, preparing patients, and EMR documentation.

Under supervision, the CMA administers medications and immunizations as needed, with emphasis on patient comfort, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical and administrative tasks under supervision.
• Assist with data collection, prepare patients and equipment for procedures, and document in EMR.
• Support appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and pre-certification processes.
• Maintain safe, clean exam rooms and restock supplies.
• Administer medications and immunizations under provider supervision.
