• Observes, collects, records, and reports data related to patient’s physical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability.
• Prepares patient for examination.
• Assists provider with medical procedures.
• Prepares treatment rooms for patient examination.
• Performs Point of Care Testing as appropriate.
• Maintains established inventory levels of medical supplies.
• Responds appropriately to patient’s issues and notifies the office manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
