Noble Community Clinics in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking a Medical Assistant MA to join our patient‑focused care team. This full‑time role supports providers, handles clinical and administrative tasks, and helps maintain a welcoming environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs and medical history.
• Document patient information in the EMR following best practice standards.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens.
• Administer injectable medications and immunizations as ordered.
• Order and track vaccines and monitor inventory per Wisconsin program.
• Educate patients on follow-up care and treatments.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and EMR documentation (Epic preferred).
• Triage calls and provide backup front desk support.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient confidentiality.
