AdventHealth Denver is seeking a dedicated clinic operations professional to oversee daily operations, delegate tasks to staff, monitor schedules, and ensure quality patient care in a community health setting. The role requires 2+ years of related work experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and CMA/CMAC/NCMA/CCMA or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Delegate duties to office staff, manage operational issues, and ensure adherence to clinic quality and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
• Support relationship-based care and uphold the organization's mission and core values.
• Conduct training sessions, review patient care protocols, and ensure infection prevention guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care.
• Monitor physician schedules and organize patient care to ensure timely visits.
• Room patients, take vital signs, document visits, patient history and allergies per nursing protocols.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, maintaining open communication for quality care.
• Administer medications independently and maintain competency through evaluations.
• Audit ordered tests to ensure timely receipt and follow-up of results.
• Maintain nursing supplies, equipment functionality, and report needs to leadership.
• Provide direct patient care and lead front-line staff in day-to-day clinical operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
