Job summary

AdventHealth Parker, CO is seeking a dedicated Clinic Operations Supervisor to support daily clinic operations, ensure patient care quality, and uphold regulatory and billing standards.

This full-time, day shift role offers a sign-on bonus for new hires up to $5,000, opportunities for training, and a supportive team focused on whole-person care.

You will work with healthcare teams to implement best practices, coordinate staff, and promote our mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ.

Qualifications

• Vital signs assessment required.
• Body substance isolation procedures must be followed.
• Specimen collection protocols must be observed.

Responsibilities

• Assists with clinic operations and supports staff to adhere to quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.
• Serves as daily clinic operations point of contact, resolving issues.
• Supports relationship-based care and aligns with mission and core values.
• Conducts training sessions and reviews patient care protocols.
• Ensures infection prevention guidelines compliance.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care.
