Job summary

Rothman Orthopaedics seeks a Medical Assistant (Certified or Non-Certified) to support physicians and physician assistants with daily clinical and administrative duties across multiple New Jersey offices.

You will greet patients, obtain vitals, prep injections, assist with imaging orders, manage chart documentation, and ensure smooth patient flow. HS diploma required; CCMA/CRMA preferred; 1 year clinical experience; MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience or degree in related field.
• Medical office procedures and medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in the waiting room and escorts them to the exam room.
• Obtains and records vitals per physician's request.
• Prepares injections for the physician per protocols.
• Assists with x-rays, MRIs, CTs, and reports for review.
• Cleans and autoclaves instruments and maintains exam room readiness.
