You will escort patients, take history, prepare exam rooms, assist during examinations, manage test results, sterilize equipment, and maintain accurate patient charts while communicating with patients after visits.

Responsabilités

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and take history.
• Prepare patients for examination, escort them to the treatment room and assist the physician during treatment procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, greet patients, and facilitate communications regarding treatment.
• Liaise with orthopedist in booking patient appointments to maintain smooth operations.
• Collect results of patients' tests and make them available to the orthopedist before consultation.
• Record medical histories and vital signs prior to physician visit.
• Sterilize equipment before and after treatment and dispose used containers to prevent infection.
• Clean treatment rooms and prepare them for next patient.
• Create and update patients' charts with current health information and progress.
• Maintain communication with patients after treatment and advise on further care if needed.
• Casting and splinting patients and willingness to learn.
