Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC seeks a friendly, energetic Medical Assistant for a part-time role at our busy clinics. You will work directly with patients and providers to keep the clinic running smoothly and contribute to a positive patient experience from check-in through care delivery.

No extensive experience or certifications are required; we value a strong foundation, willingness to learn, and great people skills. Training is provided, and two weeks of paid training is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience or 180 externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience performing venipuncture and injections is highly preferred.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work the clinic's scheduled hours.
• Part-time schedule of up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take manual vitals.
• Perform routine blood draws.
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by a provider.
• Prepare and process laboratory specimens.
• Maintain lab equipment, documentation, results, and quality controls.
• Make sure the correct labs are ordered and properly prepared.
• Assist with weekly inventory and ordering.
• Support the front desk when needed.
• Work closely with providers and your clinic team.
• Create a friendly, positive experience for every patient.

Medical Assistant – Part-Time, Up to 20 Hours Weekly

This is apart-time position with a maximum of 20 hours per week. If you're looking for a quiet job where every day looks the same, this probably isn't it. Our clinics are busy, fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly patient-focused. We want people who can keep up, jump in where needed, have fun with their team, and make every patient feel welcome and cared for.

You don't need years of experience or a long list of certifications to get started with us. We're looking for candidates with the right foundation, strong people skills, a willingness to learn, and the personality to thrive in a busy clinic.

We providetwo weeks of paid training, and Medical Assistant certification or licensure is not required.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll work directly with patients and providers while helping keep the clinic running smoothly. You'll be trained on our processes and become an important part of the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your day may include:

• Taking manual vitals

Minimum Qualifications

• Physical proof of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in a medical setting performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitalsORdocumented completion of at least 180 externship hours
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification is preferred, but not required
• Experience performing venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections is highly preferred
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check
• Must be able to work the clinic's scheduled hours
• Must be available to work apart-time schedule of up to 20 hours per week

Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Part-time employees may be scheduled within these clinic hours based on business needs and clinic coverage.
