SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a friendly Medical Assistant to support providers, manage patient intake, and keep daily operations running smoothly onsite.

No MA certification is required; two weeks of paid training will help you learn clinic processes and build confidence. This full-time, onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physical copy of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers.
• Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.

Clinic operating hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  

Saturday Availability: Must be available to work 2 to 3 Saturdays per month.

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.
