Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an Accredited Medical Assisting Program.
• Current CMA or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Computer skills and basic medical terminology essential.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• OSHA/HIPAA compliance training.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Willing to work at other centers as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physician visits by taking vitals and documenting information in the EMR.
• Support front-desk duties: answer calls, update demographics, and deliver outstanding customer service.
