Novant Health Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Assistant/LPN for Doctors Care Dorchester Road to support physicians in patient intake and front desk duties. You will measure vitals, document in EMR, and assist with patient services while delivering excellent customer care.

Ideal candidates hold CMA/RMA certification, a relevant MA program, CPR, and OSHA/HIPAA training; willingness to work 12-hour shifts and at multiple centers is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an Accredited Medical Assisting Program.
• Current CMA or RMA certification.
• Computer skills and basic medical terminology.
• Health care Provider CPR certification.
• Trained in OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Willing to work at other centers as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare patients for physician visits by taking vitals and recording information in EMR.
• Assist with front desk duties including phone calls and updating patient demographics.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
