Are you a compassionate and patient-oriented Medical Assistant or LPN seeking a fulfilling opportunity with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits? Eagle Walk-In Care is looking for motivated Medical Assistants and LPNs to join our dedicated healthcare team, providing clinical support to physicians and APPs.

Schedule & Compensation:

This role involves a rotating schedule with two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour shifts weekly, including every other weekend, with at least three consecutive days off. Shift differentials are provided for evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage patients based on condition severity
  • Record patient histories, vital signs, and current conditions
  • Perform phlebotomy and lab procedures
  • Assist with office procedures like laceration repairs
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses
  • Educate patients about illnesses and treatment plans
  • Ensure lab reports are reviewed and documented
  • Obtain signed medical releases when necessary
  • Follow safety and privacy policies, including PPE use
  • Schedule referrals and coordinate home health and pre-authorizations
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment
  • Maintain clean and stocked work areas
  • Sterilize instruments and dispose of waste properly
  • Secure controlled materials and follow prescription policies
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development
  • Uphold confidentiality and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
