Medical Assistant or Clinical Team Assistant - Portland Primary Care Family Medicine

Join MaineHealth as a Medical Assistant or Clinical Team Assistant at Portland Primary Care! We are currently hiring for this role, offering sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates:

  • $4,000 for 0-1 years of experience (full-time) - Medical Assistant
  • $5,000 for 1+ years of experience (full-time) - Medical Assistant
  • Up to $2,500 for Clinical Team Assistants

This position supports our family medicine practice, caring for patients of all ages, including obstetrics and sports medicine, supporting clinics in Portland and Peaks Island. Responsibilities include patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment, functioning under the license of a physician or advanced practice provider.

Minimum requirements vary for Medical Assistant and Clinical Team Assistant roles, including education, certification, and experience criteria outlined in the full description. Current BLS certification is required within 30 days of start date.
