We are currently hiring for a Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinical Team Assistant, CNA at MaineHealth, Portland Primary Care!
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Medical Assistants and Clinical Team Assistants:
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a full or part-time MA position. Bonus amounts are prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation from employment.
Our Family Medicine practice is looking for a Medical Assistant who is motivated, enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment, and is open to assisting with teaching our Resident providers. Please apply if you possess these traits and are interested in growth, learning, and change. We care for patients of all ages, including obstetrics, sports medicine, and more. This role will support both our Peaks Island and Portland clinics.
Summary - Medical Assistant:
The Medical Assistant (MA) role involves duties related to patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment, promoting a smooth patient flow. The MA functions under the license of the physician/advanced practice practitioner when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.
