Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, NH is hiring a Medical Assistant to support patient care across in-person, phone, and telehealth settings. You’ll perform clinical tasks such as history collection, immunizations, and point-of-care testing under provider supervision, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a medical assisting program with clinical externship.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; credentialing by AAMA, AMT, NHA or NCCT required.
• Minimum 2 years as a clinical medical assistant; 3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office workflow; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer use with experience in EMR systems encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care in person, by phone, and via telehealth under supervision.
• Assist with patient assessment, care coordination, and documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and point-of-care testing as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate charting, support pre-visit planning, and staff training.
