Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to join the clinical team in East Point, GA. You will work directly with patients and support providers in a fast-paced primary or urgent care setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of MA experience, certs where applicable (AAMA preferred), BLS/CPR, and may perform immunizations and phlebotomy as required. Excellent organization and patient-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Minimum 2 years Medical Assistant experience; primary care or urgent care preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification required where applicable; AAMA preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification within 90 days of hire where required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and patient-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms using proper sterile/aseptic techniques.

Compensation & Benefits:
