Henry Ford Health in Clinton Township, MI is hiring a Medical Assistant for the OB/GYN Days program. The role entails both clinical and administrative tasks to support providers and ensure quality patient care.

Preferred candidates have OB/GYN experience, EMR proficiency (EPIC), and strong clinical skills including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, assisting with pelvic exams, injections, and phlebotomy. A competitive sign-on bonus is offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with externship or equivalent clinical experience.
• Current BLS-C certification upon hire or by end of orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and escort patients to the exam room and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Obtain medical histories and record vital signs accurately.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Support administrative tasks and patient flow in a fast-paced setting.
