Monterey Medical in Monterey, TN is seeking a driven Medical Assistant for a full-time, day-shift role. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with one Saturday per month to support a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a high-volume medical office; recent grads with strong clinical skills are welcome. EKG, spirometry, injections, and BLS certification are highly valued, with phlebotomy and e-MDs experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a high-volume medical office.

Responsibilities

If you're proficient in EKG, spirometry, injections, and have current BLS certification, you're already in strong standing. Extra points if you bring phlebotomy experience and familiarity with e-MDs software.

What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of patient care from start to finish from intake and vitals to clinical procedures.
• Keep our operations running smoothly by managing electronic health records and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver exceptional care in both outpatient and urgent care settings.
• Use your BLS and CCMA certifications to support patients with confidence and compassion.
