Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pain management provider with in-office injections and minor procedures.
• Answer patient inquiries with empathy and provide clear information.
• Provide patients with post-care instructions for clinic and home use.
• Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to streamline patient care and clinic operations.
• Manage phone messages and coordinate communications between patients, physicians, and pharmacies.
