Job summary

The Urology Group seeks a Medical Assistant to support the delivery of urological services at our Crestview Hills, KY location. This role performs both administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians, coordinating appointments, taking vital signs, phlebotomy, and maintaining patient records. Urology experience is preferred; 6 months in a physician’s office is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience.
• 6 months of experience in a physician’s office desired; urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with exams and phlebotomy duties as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
