• Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs and document in patient chart.
• Document patient history in chart.
• Provide clear direction to patients and address exam concerns.
• Prepare patient for exams and assist providers during examinations.
• Perform nursing procedures under supervision.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens and perform basic tests.
• Administer medications as directed by providers.
• Maintain logs and checks (e.g., refrigerator temps, emergency meds).
• Ensure HIPAA/CLIA/OSHA compliance and revenue cycle forms.
• Triage and respond to calls; coordinate referrals and scheduling.
