Qualifications

• High School Diploma or completion of a Medical Assistant Program.
• Certifications in MA are preferred or can be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses in patient care.
• Prepare exam rooms and equipment, take vital signs, collect specimens.
• Administer administrative tasks including scheduling and data entry.
• Document patient information in the EMR (Epic) and coordinate care.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
