The associate in this role possesses knowledge and skills to function efficiently in the back office and / or front office.**Pay Range**Minimum $23.00 Midpoint $28.77 Maximum $34.54*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Previous work experience or externship in a healthcare setting.• Preferred:**Education**• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Graduate of a vocational school having successfully completed requirements for MA.• Preferred:**Training**• Required:**Specialized Skills**• Required: Knowledge and ability to provide appropriate patient care depending on age, cultural, and spiritual needs.
