APPS Paramedical supports the life insurance market nationwide. As one of the largest paramedical companies in the United States, we complete insurance physicals for individuals applying for life, health, or disability insurance products. Our Georgia office seeks high-quality medical professionals to perform these exams in a timely, professional manner on behalf of insurance companies. These exams include blood draws, medical histories, signatures, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12-lead EKGs, conducted on a mobile basis at clients' homes or offices.

Job Summary

Our independent contractors (ICs) are self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision. They are responsible for completing quality exams while adhering to all compliance and safety policies, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Exams can last from 15 minutes to over an hour.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Flexible; you set your own schedule. Exams are available 7 days a week, year-round.
• Reimbursement: Up to $30 per completed case, paid biweekly via direct deposit.

Territory & Equipment

• Territories: Roswell, Alpharetta, Cumming, Metro Atlanta, North Georgia, South Georgia, and other flexible locations throughout Georgia.
• Equipment: Tablets, EKG machines, and centrifuges are available for rent or purchase. Use of personal equipment will be considered but is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience and familiarity with taking vital signs.
• Experience with tablets/computers and scanners.
• Preferred: Pediatric and geriatric patient experience, home health experience, and EKG skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Background check, references, and drug testing required.
