Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor for Primary Care at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. The role oversees daily clinical staff operations and serves as the bridge between back office and other clinic departments.
The position requires a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with at least two years in a healthcare setting and at least one year in a leadership role. A strong focus on teamwork and patient-centered care is essential.

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the clinical staff of a medical clinic. Acts as a liaison between the back office and other clinic departments. Mediates issues between back office staff and physicians as well as other departments in the clinic.
The Primary Care teams at Samaritan Health Services offer complete health care for all family members from newborns to seniors through their pediatric, family medicine and internal medicine providers. They encourage and offer preventive care, including annual exams, health screenings and counseling regarding health and lifestyle. This practice also includes family medicine residents. Residents work closely with the primary care team of attending physicians throughout their three years of training and are directly involved in patient care.
Registered or Certified Medical Assistant required.
Previous medical back office experience/medical assistant training, or completion of a Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant program required.
Two (2) years experience in a healthcare setting required (experience must include one (1) year as a medical assistant).
One (1) year leadership/supervisory experience required.

Time Management- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure.
