Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant (Pediatrics) for Round Lake Beach, IL. The role is full-time with rotating hours and potential travel based on department needs. You will greet patients, document vitals, and support front desk operations while performing basic vitals and possible phlebotomy/injections.

Expected candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR is required. Prior MA experience or certification is preferred, with on-the-job training for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred but not required.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; MA certification (AMT or AAMA) preferred but not required.
• One year of work experience required; prior medical office experience preferred; on-the-job training provided for those without MA training.

Hourly Pay Range:

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Medical Assistant (MA) - Pediatrics

Position Highlights:

• Position: Medical Assistant
• Location: Round Lake Beach, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
• Hours: Rotating hours Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays 7:30am-1pm
• Required Travel: Travel based upon department need

What you will do:

• Greet patients and escort them to exam room

What you will need:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required
• Certification: CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred. On the job training is provided for those who do not have previous medical assistant training or experience.
